What do you mean by mental breakdown? Are you losing touch with reality? Are you "burnt-out"? Are you feeling depressed?
You need to see a doctor. If you feel like you are becoming dangerous to yourself or others, you may need to go to a doctor immediately, i.e. the emergency room. If you feel that you really cannot hold on no matter what type of breakdown you may be having, call your doctor immediately.
Are you in a dangerous situation right now? Is there someone or something that is bothering you making you break down? Get away from it/him/her. NOW. Call the police if necessary.
Do you have a friend or relative that you can trust? Someone that will take care of you for a little while? You need a break or you will breakdown.
Find a crisis centre. Try not to be alone. Find a friend to spend time with. If you're in school, they should have a counsellor on staff.
