Does it have to be in a group session or can it be done individually with a therapist? I hate groups. I also have social phobia & agoraphobia. Damn it sounds like i'm screwed.

Answer:

dbt is considerd by a lot of people to be the premiere treatment for Borderline PD. it has a lot of good research to back it up. usually the treatment includes individual and groups, but it may be possible to find a therapist that will see you in individual only.
