Well, "hunny" you need some professional help that noone on here can provide. This is a serious problem and could really prove fatal before you know it, if you don't get some help now. Make an appointment with your family physician and discuss this with them and then go from there. Remember, the life you save may very well be your own. See your doctor and get yourself to a good psychologist. That is a mental illness and you need help before you do serious harm to yourself!
Find another way to get attention, one that's a little more healthy. Alternatively, you could figure out what is driving your need for attention and work on that. Pay attention to yourself.
Contact someone you care about and see a doctor that will help you through what you're going through. You can gain attention in positive ways..like in things you excel at, like sports or drama club or whatever it is you have a passion for.
