Answer:Deal with your stress problems first, outside of the workplace.
Then look for a job doing something you enjoy doing. It doesn't have to be a "forever" job, just something to get your foot in the door of the work world.
ME too. I am on SSI for mental/physical issues. Try a library. You can put books back where they belong, its quiet and you'll be serving the public. Call first, they may have a really long and drawn out employment package. Ours does. Just look thru the phone book and something will pop out that you would like to do and have faith in yourself. Get meds if necessary. I did.
Fast food like many of us did at that age. If you already can't handle stress, you may need some professional help.
i dont know what to tell you cause almost every job is Stress Stress Stress. Library probably would be your best bet. But i believe any job, ESPECIALLY one that deals with people will be stressful. You're just going to have to get over it. This is the real world dahlin'
Try to determine what it is that is stressing you about working a job. It's might be the stress of being around the public. It might be the stress you feel because you are afraid of failing. It might be that you are embarassed to be seen by others. Talk with your school guidance counsellor or an older friend or family member. Start talking about your stress and you will find that it will become less of a "ghost in your closet". Try being a dishwasher somewhere local. As long as you show up to the job on time, most bosses will try to help you to continue to grow. Think positive and positive things will happen for you throughout your life.
