I really need to sort my life out ideas please
I have been down for quite a long time and its affecting my progress at uni.
I have never been to two of my courses, (i always procrastinate, when i have to go in) I feel nauseated and often have painful stomach upsets (sometimes i vomit) , when i contemplate whether i should go to uni or not.
Everytime i miss uni, my family verbal and psychologicaly abuse me.
im seriously going mess up this year if i dnt sort myself out.
Im trying to get counselling or anti depressants whatever sorts me out.
I need help, What should i do? Can i get any help? What i do i say?

Answer:Take a break from school for a little while. You need to get yourself in a mentally better space before you can excel at school and really get the most out of it. Continuing to try going every day, and not being able to, then feeling guilty about, then your family being mean to you... that just worsens the problem. It's like a daily reminder of how crappy you're feeling and a daily dose of low-self esteem.
Talk to the dean at school if you are failing. Explain your situation and show that you are seeking help. Do seek some counseling and medication (if your doctor thinks you should do so)
You can get through this but you need to simplify your life a bit right now so you can feel better! Cut out some of the stress. It's horrible when you know you're capable of doing the work, but you are failing simply because you can NOT get to class.
