Answer:

Well, if you set your alarm for 7 but don't sleep till say 4 AM, you cannot get up at 7! But if you are getting about 6-8 hours of sleep but are still finding it difficult to get up, it may be a problem of sleep quality. Sleep disorders such as snoring, sleep apnoea etc., can cause you fatigue and prevent you from getting up refreshed. Also some forms of depression and fatigue can result in excessive unrefreshing sleep.

Sleep disorders can be treated in several systems of healing.


Get 8-10 hours of sleep a night and drink a cup of coffee in the morning
Go to bed earlier.
go to bed earlier....
set the clock for 7 and get your ace up
get to bed early ... and get more alarm clocks place them around ur room .........
maybe you go to bed early enough
I have to set my alarm 1 1/2 hours before I need to wake up. I have this habit of hitting the snooze button and not realising it about 10 times in the morning. My roomate thinks I'm suffering from cronic fatigue syndrome because it doesn't matter what time I go to bed. I can not get up when I need to. And I can fall asleep anywhere at any time if I want to. Maybe you have sleep apnea and your not getting sufficient sleep because of it. I wish I knew what to tell you, but I have the same problem myself. Try setting your alarm earlier, or set 2 alarms. If you have the same problem as I do with the snooze button, try putting the alarm on the other side of the room. Good luck and let me know if you find something that works.
