I panic and have an astmha attack as soon as i step foot outside my home

i am fine at home more or less just have to manage my chronic asthma with all the medication i am on top medication for it trouble is i have a young son and as i am unable to go out i need someone to take him to school for me what do ido when i m at home i look after him perfectly feeding him learning him his homework and taking care of his basic needs its just that i have a fear of the outside world ie the world outside my front door i have a good rapport with my doctors whom rings me s sometimes iam even unable to go to the surgery in person etc i have a freind who does my shopping for my son hid favorite foods etcand clothes basicallly i just want the best for my son i ant combat my fears any more i have tried mumerous times but the outside world is very daunting to me hoe can i bring my son up as normal as possible when i am like this

iv answered all your other questions and this one has really puzzeled me it is not when you go out side when you panic it is all in your head fresh aire is good for asma i know how you feel it is when you see other people and you have to look calm and it panicks you
