I need to know what my dreams mean

i need help to figure out what my dreams mean. i keep having horrible dreams with the same feelings when i wake. i always have these bad dreams, where i do somethign really bad to where im going to go to jail or prison if i ever get caught. for example. i had a dream lastnight someone was talking bad to me so i pulled a gun out shot him in the chest and watched him die. so we put him in a big plastic bag thing but he was atleast 7 foot tall for some reason. a dream before that i had a dream that i was at a friends a bday party the guy that owns the building kept saying he was going to put me in jail or kill me for being there. and he kept chasing me all over. then i had a dream i shot and killed someone and hid the body and a cop showed up well i took his gun thinking hed run away but he wouldnt leave it alone so i tried leaving and i saw cops in the distance. can anyone please help me with these dreams there getting exhausting.

Dreams are the brain's way of helping us cope. It may be you are playing video games that are violent, or watching movies that are too violent, or maybe you are seeing real life things that disturb you. Do you live in a big city where there is alot of crime? At any rate, these things AREN'T happening to you, nor are these dreams fortelling of things that WILL happen. Your brain is trying to help you sort through things that upset you. Relax and let them go.

So what have you done? Broken some law or maybe toll a lie. Cheated someone out of something. You are feeling bad about something you did or that you know about someone. It may not be something you did but someone you know who has done this.
Dreams do have meanings usually. But what you dream is not literally the meaning of the dream. Sounds like one of two things is happening here. You could be watching too much television right before you go to bed, or you are stressed out in another aspect of your life.Try some meditation or relaxation exercises before you go to bed to clear your mind. If you're religious, pray. Seek additional counseling if they persist or get worse.
