I need to do a paper and i think im having a panic attack
its only the rough draft of a 4 paged paper and i have info and everything i should be done by now but i cant concentrate on it and keep like freaking out that theres no way i can do this and i keep crying does anyone have anything that could calm me down so i can finish this and get some decent sleep?
Answer:Procrastination is getting the best of you. I used to go through similar anxiety back when I was in high school & college. Now I'm 43 and don't suffer like that anymore. I don't recall how I made it through my crying episodes in trying to complete assigned projects, but somehow, I did make it through them in the end.
I really feel for you, because reading about your emotional pain brings back memories of what I went through. If I recall, I think I just continued to cry, rant, and panic, but I would also channel that anxiety energy toward finally getting the job done. You may have tears dropping on your paper (or keyboard) while you write or type, but at least it's getting accomplished. And you'll feel great once it's all done! Good luck!
Go to a tutor or pay someone to do it for u.
If you are stuck on a particular part skip it and come back to it. Always works for me when I have writers block.
It sounds like you are overtired. Why not go and try to get some rest, then set your alarm to wake up and write it.
