I lost my confidance due to some major failures but I cant succed without confidance and I cant get confidance If I keep failing and if I cant get the confidance to succed I will end up failing, so what the hell do I do

Answer:

You can begin to succeed with out confidence. In the real world it is called "go forth and fake it." Start by claiming the right to be confident in your life. You did not fail. You went through the process of learning some valuable lessons. The way you feel about you begins with your own inner dialog. I will also suggest that confident people are also conscientious people. Be aware of the you that you put out there. If low self esteem you is there, make the new confident you take over. No kidding. Simple stuff like proper spelling and punctuation will make you look confident. Even if you are not on the inside it is perceived on the outside. Mostly just change your mind and be confident.

Make time to do something that you KNOW you do well. That always helps me.

Then you will be able to talk about it in conversation, and other people will think you are interesting. It helps when others like you too. For example, I always feel very socially unconfident, but I started backpacking and it gave me lots of great stories to tell. Just try to be interesting, and participate in a variety of healthy activities that make you feel good.

Go see a psychiatrist. He will have you admitted to a mental health ward.

They will tie you in restraints and inject you with Haldol.

You need to be on effexor and zyprexa. Only THEN will you be able to lead a normal life.

Meds are the ONLY answer to most problems.

Confidence starts with a positive attitude and a positive outlook on life in general. Start practicing that - - - just that in itself, day after day, will eventually lead you to confidence.
