I left my lexapro out in the car for about 4 hours maybe five, its about 35 degrees outside,is it still safe to take?

Answer:

It should still be safe to take either way (degrees F or C), but you should call your pharmacist for instructions if you left the whole bottle outside. A car's inside won't cool down to outside temperature instantaneously... assuming you left it in the interior and you had the heat running.

35 degrees? No worries. It's fine!
