I heard the saying selfish peole end up lonely people

i think if people treat others like **** they can end up lonely, do you agree

i agree very much my mother in law is very selfish, and she going to end up a very lonely lady through no fault of her

But in some cases you have people who are so selfless in their love and giving that they never give up hope and will stick by someones side till the very end. To my they are true heros and the people they look after are very lucky.

Although Everyone has to be selfish SOME of the time - that's normal, otherwise, we would fail to look after ourselves, and that's not good (for example, my son cried in his cot for 10 mins this morning because I was eating / drinking breakfast - if I hadn't have been selfish about that, I would end up unable to feed him, so he would suffer more)

However people who are ALWAYS selfish tend to end up pushing people away.
