well i started cleaning out closets, planting seeds in the house..and general house cleaning today...but making lists of little projects for stuff you want to do this spring and summer is a good idea.
I think they have medication for that now...

Spring fever is I think I pretty common. Its when You get a sudden warm spell following a long cold period.Its is Dilation or expansion of dlodd vessels so blood can be carried to the body surface where heat can be lost to the air.I would stay indoors and wear a tshirt.
