Forget the medicine, easiest way is to write down in a diary all your app., use your mob ph if you have one as a reminder, ask a friend who has a good memory to remind you of what you need to do. Everyday write a list in the morning while you are still fresh of everything you would like to or want to do and cross them off when done.
