had a dream that i was pregnant but in real life i am not. I had a dream that i was pregnant and the fluid inside my stomach were my baby is started to leak out and i was panicing because i thought i was going to loose my baby and i was trying to rush to the hospital because i didnt want to loose my baby. In my dream i kept holding my stomach because i was in fear of something happening to my baby. I just kept trying to get help. What does this mean because im not pregnant.
