I am still having a panicattack? I mean is it still A panicattack if I am not having physical smyptoms I am trying to say.lol?

Answer:

It does not necessarily mean that you are having an attack, but it could easily be an onset of one about to occur if you don't get a grip of it (those times when you feel it coming on). If you are not on medication, that may be a route to take, or maybe just do some relaxation techniques. Do some deep breathing, lay down, rub your neck, close your eyes and other things that may calm your racing mind. I hope you feel better.


yeah, your mind can be still anxious without physical symptoms. Panic attacks can do SO MANY things, good luck with them, I suffer from anxiety too.
