I get angry over the most unimportant things i got therapy but useless what should ido
excercise, do some yoga, meditate, breathe, etc

you should go back and get an anger management course and stick with it until you know you dont need it any more =i did and it worked for me
Either try a new therapists that will work for you or maybe try Buddhism it teaches you to let go of things like anger and to live in the moment.
I used to be very angry myself until that anger started to interfere with my life and alienate me from people whom I love. You could also try getting into something like yoga or meditation or even a high impact sport to help you release they anger that way ( I have friends that work out to release their anger).

First of all, the fact that you realize this is a problem is a step in the right direction.
Therapy is only as good as the therapist and your willingness to participate in a plan. If it didn't work out, you might try another professional and see if you have better luck.
I tend to fly off of the handle rather easily, especially when I deal with my kids. Stupid people also get on my last nerve, but that is beside the point.
I have found the best thing I can do it try to begin the day with a good attitude. I try to take some time before resonding to people, so I don't give "off the cuff" answers that I will regret later.
