Well, that sounds like a normal reaction.
Was it something that just involved you, or another person?
Does it require you to make amends to anyone? or just yourself?
And, since you didn't realize you were doing it, then perhaps your guilt is a wee bit misplaced?
Just a thought. I understand the concept about doing something that makes us feel guilty, but if you weren't doing it intentionally, you need to let yourself off the hook.
If you cannot live with yourself, then you need to reach out for more help... go seek counselling or mental health help that will allow you to put whatever you did to rest. It's not worth beating yourself up for.. honest.
Well dont do it again then. learn from your mistakes.
Me too, i've been collecting newspaper cut outs of Robbie Williams. I need to quit now!
depends what you have done, and why its taken 2 months to realise it.
details..??
Whatever it is it can't be that bad.
Unless yo have killed a lot of people.
Otherwise it is nothing that can't be fixed.
We all do stupid things from time to time. I, for example, kept secrets from my best friend and hurt her so badly she almost left. And thats one of the smaller things. If you realize you've done something wrong, its up to you to stop doing it and do what you can to make it right. Best of luck.
2 months ago is a bit too late to start worrying about it. If it hasn't radically affected your life in that time, I'd say you shouldn't worry about it.
Seek counselling.
What was it? I'mm too curious - and it's hard to answer a question without knowing the details.
