I have Zits EVERYWHERE on my forehead, so thats why i grow my hair over my forehead! I'v tried proactive,and washed my face. dranks tons of water, but nothings working! Help me. = [
Answer:There are many factors that affect zits. You need to wash your hair daily to keep it free of oil. Use a dandruff shampoo, since the zinc in it is also good for the zits.
Continue drinking lots of water.
Eat less red meat & less junk food.
Eat more fresh fruits & vegetables.
Start taking a quality multiple vitamin/mineral formula. Make sure it has both zinc & vitamin A in it.
Go buy either Oxy Wash or Neutrogena Clear Pore cleanser/Mask. Both products contain an ingredient called "Benzoil Peroxide" that kills the acne-causing germ. However, it also bleaches fabic, such as your wash cloth, towel, shirt collars & pillow cases. Make sure your mom begins buying you white shirts, pillow cases, towels & wash cloths so the fading will not show.
Keep your hair off your face. Try not to touch your face, either. Your hands carry dirt & germs.
you might want to see a dermatologist I use Clearasil that's the best.Its called Icewash Gel Cleanser by Clearasil, try that
