How old are you?

If you are 10 to 16 years old, then you are at the start of puberty. One of the first signs is that your balls enlarge. They have to start making the testosterone that is needed to cause all the other changes in your body to make you a man. Don't worry, your "pee pee" will catch up after the testosterone starts up.

If you are older and/or have already been through puberty, then you are too worried about your penis size. Normal and average size for an erect penis is anywhere from 4 to 6 inches. A small flaccid (not hard) penis will enlarge more than a large flaccid penis. They may end up the same size when erect! Contrary to what all the guys say, bigger is not always better. In fact, a penis that is larger and or longer than average can actually be painful to your partner. She/he might be reluctant to have sex....

Your balls have been producing sperm since puberty. If they do not have a way of releasing that sperm (sex/masturbation/nocturnal emissions), your balls will continue to grow. Be confident and go find some nice girl to have sex with.
