Answer:Unbearable to watch something so stupid. Wasted another 30 seconds of my life :)

Not really. All he has to do it tighten his ab muscles. My concern is that their jumping may break his sternum (chest bone). Other than that, not a bi deal.
I'd give it a pain rating of 3.
