Would a Karate chop to the neck during ejaculation cause me to empty my bowel

I have heard an urban myth, so corraboration is needed. If during the ejaculation phase, you know during the toe curling moment, somebody was to karate chop my neck i would subsequently follow through as well? Can anyone please confirm or deny.
