Will stoping ejaculation just prior to orgasm in a male then ejaculating increase sperm count

We are trying to concive and I have a low sperm count. I heard this might work. Is there any fact to this?

Sorry bud. That's a myth and it won't help your sperm count.

I've been told that sometimes, low sperm count (weak swimmers) can be due to, believe it or not: tight underwear. Seems the heat kills the suckers and lowers your count.

Your best bet is to see your doc for more info.
