I can't even partially see through it. its a realy cloudy yellow color.

Answer:

Although not necessarily a sure sign of illness, it could be, so take a sample now, and take it to the doctor's tomorrow. Even in cold weather, you should drink at least 8 x 250ml glasses of water daily, and considerably more in warm weather: many people don't do this, and wonder why they get things like kidney stones. Ask your doctor! Eat healthily, too, and don't drink more than 4 standard alcoholic drinks/day (2 for females; none if pregnant or planning to be - there is NO "safe" level for a foetus!), and at least a day off it/ week; preferably more.

You probably have a urinary tract infection. See a doctor for antibiotics and drink lots of fluids. Cranberry juice is best but other acidic juices are good (orange, tomato, grapefruit, etc)
