it will depend on what you ate, and the health of your digestive track.
Some food, give you more "punch" on the smell department! Protein based food, like red meat will definitely give it more punch.
Drink more water and eat more fruits and vegetables.. it should help to reduce the punch, however, some fruits can really reak it up.
