its like clear and its not that sticky anymore and it has a strong smell i have pain in my testicals a lil bit like if there graving then what do i have is it normal

u should get checked right away especially due to that smell. hope it aint no STD.
my rule of thumb with issues of the forbidden area is if it lasts for more that 3 days, consult a physician promptly. this is your life giving juice we're talking about. if it ain't milky and a little sticky you've got to see a doc!
i think if you do it that happens. just try to lay off it for a day or two.
