Because we tend to dribble a drop or two. You might want to begin doing Kegal exercises. This will strengthen the muscles you use when you pee, & you may have better control & less leakage afterwards.

This happens somtimes, just dont use white underwear.. go for a dark color and then you dont have to worry about it!
