why is it good/healthy to have white urine instead of yellow urine?And i already know you get white urine when u drink a lot of water so u dont have to brag about that.

Not sure where you get your info, but clear just means you are dumping water, not much waste--too much water intake just overworks your kidneys, drink when you are thirsty. Yellow urine shows you are eliminating wastes.

Urine should be pale yellow, dark yellow means you're not hydrated and not clearing waste as well as you should be. Think of peeing as clearing out the junk, more you pee, quicker the junk gets out. Less you pee, the longer the junk sits in your body doing its dirty work.

if its dark yellow it usually means your dehydrated, where as if its light yellow to clear then your hydrated well.

Urine should be colorless. There is a scientific explanation why we need to drink enough water. I forgot it. But we need to keep our kidney clean. For that we need to drink lot water. Otherwise we will have yellow urine and if it continue then damage kidney. Please check with a doctor for more information.
