Why does my chest , arms and muscles hurt after waking up everymorning
How old are you???
A wild guess would be that you exercises vigorously. If you are in your teens and going through puberty, then experiencing pain in the chest and arms is normal.
But just to be sure visit a doctor.
Are you working out, or just newly working? The pains may just be ''growing pains'' or not. Have you talked to a doctor?
Go get blood work done. Very simple! Make an appointment with your primary care doctor, tell the office receptionist on the phone that you'd like to save time and money by picking up a lab slip from the doctor for blood work before your visit. Or if they do the bloodwork in their own office, you'd like to go ahead and get that done in addition to being examined by the doctor. Schedule in the morning sometime, and fast through the night and morning before the blood work. No big deal. Just don't eat anything after midnight.
Ask the doctor to check your rheumatoid levels, as well as any other inflamatory levels they check for. Get your cholesterol checked since you've gone ahead and done the fasting. Make sure you tell them that you will be fasting for the cholesterol test. Make sure they do the blood work for the liver, kidneys pancreas. . .a complete blood workup which also checks for any infections and diabetes! This is all so simple and done in 5 minutes. DONE!
From this one blood work lab they will be able to tell you exactly what is going on in your body. This is the first thing they do in emergency room visits. Why? Because they can instantly rule out most everything they don't need to be concerned about.
