Isn't there a way to keep the foreskin not retracted a use a condom? It just does not feel that good with my foreskin pulled back in the condom. And is there anything you can do the avoid the struggle of getting the condom passed the retracted foreskin ring?

Answer:

You could put the condom on when your penis is soft, you could use a slightly larger condom, you could add a little lubricant to the inside of the condom before you put it on or you could lubricate your foreskin before you put the condom on. I would doubt though that your foreskin doesn't retract when you have intercourse without using condom.

It's only to get it inside the condom, but after you get it inside you can readjust it so it'll cover and stimulate the head when you pump it up and down.

And to the person who said to get cut like the rest of America; the rate of circ has dropped all over the world (where it was once common in most English speaking countries, it now only remains in the US) and in some places of the US the newborn rate is now at 30% or below. A procedure that was designed to stop masturbation in the UK and US can't last forever just with the claim that it keeps your penis clean (when it only takes five seconds to slide your foreskin back and wash). The foreskin has many advantages over that.
