Im 14 years old and my testicles hurt bad. I dont want to tell my mom because i feel embreassed. My testicles fell normal look a little different but one feels a little bigger then the other, this has been going on for a few days. Could please answer my this, i want to know if its something serious or if its just part of puberty.
Answer:You need to tell your mom. You could have a "twisted" testicle if you had a recent injury.
Maybe you have a hernia. Better talk to your mom.
Do you have an older man or brother to talk to? You may have gotten an injury or have something called a "torsion" that's a twisting of the supporting structures of the testicle.Its important to get this seen about ,the sooner the better. Take care. SW RNP
Sounds like testicular torsion. You need to see your physician as soon as possible. Tell your parents. Believe it or not, they actually know you have testicles!
