Many people have been answering this question in terms of why men have nipples, the "we are all females" is true, but only in the case of nipples. Every foetus is female for the first 7 weeks of the gestation period, during this time nipples are developing, but the sexual organs are not decided. In terms of why men have breasts, this is due to the pectoral muscles which appear to look like breasts, but are reffered to as "pecs". The cause for men to have breats is the presence of mammary glands. A females mammary glands are large enough to be noticeable, forming breasts, but a males are small and in most cases un-noticeable, but in some rare cases the mammary glands swell due to hormonal mix ups etc during puberty, this is why some young boys appear to have breasts.
