I just masturbated right now.i had 8 days without masturbating,and well i feel tired when i masturbate.Is this normal.Well i have 5 years masturbating and i really want to stop because i want to feel clean about myself,and after i masturbate i feel dirty.I need all the help i can get from you guys and girls.Please help me out so i can stop.
Answer:It's because you've a guilty conscience. You don't in the heart of your heart think it right that's why you feel tired, otherwise it should make you calm and relaxed as you don't seem to be overworking on it.

well you feel tried because you just got really excited and then you were relifed very suddenly. The best cure to stop is to get a girl who u can share your feelings with. It really helps. But then again did u know that daily masturbation can prevent colon and other cancers in the tests
