Why do I get an erection while eating at McDonalds

Out of convenience me and my work buddy have been eating lunch at McDonald's a lot. I noticed that usually about 10 minutes after I eat, i get a pretty bad erection. I usually have a Quarter Pounder and some Mozarella sticks. Does anyone know why this would happen?

Because you eat fast food regularly, the body craves it, and probably likes it so much that the effect is sexual! You need to stop!
same here but mine happens at Burger King.
Is it that good? or maybe bad like your McDonald's puts Viagra in with your food and that is why you get an erection. Ponder that one corporate america

Perhaps it has nothing to do with McDonald's one way or another. On some subconscious level, perhaps you're just excited at being with your work buddy. Gay, bi, or straight, doesn't matter. Some people simply have that effect, and it isn't necessarily sexual, just excitement.
Or maybe you really really love quarter pounders.
More importantly...your McDonald's has mozarella sticks??? Cool.
