when i am exciting my precum runs like river. sometimes during the day i can feel like it just leak away and leave a wet patch on my trousers eventhough i don't feel excited. why?

Some guys just produce a lot more than others. I have friends that produce almost none, while I and some other guys I know have really copious flows. Just in your genes, best bet is to use the tuck method--tuck some toilet paper in your underwear to catch the flow to avoid the leak stains. Make sure you wear double-fabric front briefs, some only have one layer of fabric so they don't absorb as much. You can flush a lot away when you pee, so drink more water when you are dripping.
