Yeah, it's maily because a penis is something a girl doesn't have, and it is a pretty facinating organ. Also the fact that instinctivly, females are usually attracted to males and penis' in general, kinda plays a role here. Erections are fairly amazing anyway, given that the penis is useful only for urination without one. Even young guys become facinated by their own erections when they first discover them, and in some cases for a good while after that.
Girls (and some boys) are fascinated for obvious reasons. Sex drive is a powerful factor in mammals for reproductive, pro creative purposes. To assure that the procreation of the species will take place, thusly we have a keen interest in penises, which leads to mating/having sex...pick your mammal.
Likewise, boys are usually in it for the pleasure of a partner allowing them to have the vaginal pleasures of sexual fulfillment. So there you go.
Because it's hot and they want you to stick it in them. Duh.
What's the question? Because they would be strange if they weren't fascinated with male erections. It's the same thing with guys being fascinated with female breasts and vaginas. NORMAL
This is probably so cliche, but for me, when I was younger, it was something I'd never seen before (cuz I couldn't get one) and therefore intrigued me. I wanted to see what it looked like and how it happened and things like that.
Now I'm just fascinated with them because I have SO much fun with them ;-)
Because an erect one is more beautiful and exciting than a limp one. And we don't get to see one very often, therefore the fascination. And it is not only girls who are fascinated.
