looking to change from my usual mach 3, but not sure if to try this new gillete fusuion or the wilkinson swords equivelent version

the best razor to shave with is an old fashioned cut throat. however i've used both gillette and wilkinson sword, Generally wikinson sword blades are sharper and last longer, try the quatro 4 blades the gillette fusion has 5 blades on the front and a single on the back for the difficult to reach places. I generally find that gillette tends to drag more ont he skin causing rash and razor burn. the wilkinsons don't. use warm water to soften up the hairs and use a good gel/soap as well. believe it or not dove creme bars help give an excellent shave. I've worked with gillette and Pfizer(wilkinson) on a proffesional basis and in blind tests the wilkinson always beats the gillette.

Never used wilkinson sword, use a mach 3 turbo and it does what it needs to do, so i dont see the point in changing

I swear by Gillette - but I don't the fusion is much better than the Mach3 Power.

I use a mach 3, I used to use an electric razor and it was terrible. My dad uses the fusion, but I havent heard him raving about it so I suppose it cant be too much better. Blades are probably dearer too.

Both about the same I remember using a Bic orange and think they call them that because of the blood stains on my towel

I use the throw away ones and buy Gillette because that is what is there. Have used others from time to time and do not see any real difference in any of them.

According to my barber, the Fusion is THE best possible shaver on the commercial market today. Of course, nothing beats a straight razor at the barbershop, but for the common man, the Fusion gives you the best bang for your buck.

The fusion blades cost a fortune, especially the power fusion ones. Most men use mach 3.
