As far as bacteria is concerned. The host is also healthy.

Answer:

I dont have an answer but heres some facts i know about both.

One of the main functions of saliva is to remove bacteria from the mouth. (other functions, keeping mouth moist, softening food).

It takes a heck of a lot (and thats the precise measurement) more saliva to be swallowed than semen in terms of ability to spread a disease. (but you're talking about a healthy host)

Semen obviously passes through the urethra and can come into contact with bacteria from urine, BUT if you are healthy there is usually not so much bacteria there from the urine to cause problems. also as a side note about the bacteria in urine, you can drink your own urine three times before it is toxic (helpful incase you are ever in danger of dehydration) :)

Semen is intentially one of the most sterile body fluids because it carries along the sperm for reproduction purposes. The body wouldn't sabotage its own procreational abilities by allowing bacteria into the semen.

The mouth is full of bacteria, so saliva certainly carries them. Ejaculate is produced in a sterile environment inside the body, and the urethra is normally sterile - so there are no bacteria in a normal, fresh sample of ejaculate.

Contrary to other posts here, the urine of a healthy individual is completely sterile too - no bacteria. It is primarily water, with some uric acid and other salts. Some illnesses will result in protein in the urine, and others will result in sugar. Unless you have a urinary tract infection of some kind, there will not be bacteria present in urine.
