Answer:Write to the hospital director. You should be able to find out his name from the hospital's website. Keep a copy of your letter, and any follow-up correspondence just in case you want to pursue this matter further. Sounds like your dad got a rough deal.
Just done a quick search on Yahoo! Is the Yale Hospital you're referring to the same as the Yale New-Haven Hospital? If so, the name of the President & CEO is Marna P Borgstrom
You need to contact the hospital to lodge a greivance. This will go to the hospital board and they are required by law to send it to the appropriate health regulation agency. If you don't have any luck there, google JCAHO, the regulatory agency over hospitals.
