First of all, I've never done that... so not sure on the "why". Too, it's harder to pee with an erection because of the way the plumbing runs, so this really shouldn't happen. The person just might be missing that part that prevents urinating. Or to get slightly vulgar; if the person is sucking so hard it's pulling it out of the bladdar. Either way, I don't think it's a common thing at all.
