I often do work until very late. My body often give me signal to rest.

What effect it can on my health if I ignore these signal of my body for a prolong period of time?

Answer:

Your body is an amazing instrument and will tell when it has had enough. I worked two jobs when I was younger and was getting 3 to 4 hours of sleep a day. Eventually I started getting terrific headaches. I thought I could work through it but not so. We all make choices in our life that take their toll on our body. How much are you willing to suffer? It not only effects you personally but will also effect your relationships with family and friends. That's a high price to pay. You'll know what to do. Trust me.

Sleeping is important.
Do you have anorexia? You could have the type in which you over-exercise, and eat very little. I can't tell you how to stop. YOU need to go see a psychiatrist, or your PCP.
Oh,just stuff like heart failure.........and depression......and mental breakdowns.........and harm to all organs...........and A continued list..........Listen to your body!..............even 10 to 15 min naps help a lot........top preformers call them power naps

Never ignore the warning signals your body gives you. If you continue pushing yourself too hard, you might eventually suffer a stress attack, or develop high blood pressure. Work is important, but if you can't finish what needs to be finished during normal working hours, you perhaps need to take a look at your priorities.

Working late every day might win you a promotion or a raise, but if your health suffers as a result, is it really worth it? Learn to relax and enjoy quality time with family & friends.
