So far Ive gone a week and the first days were HELL, but im used to it now. Tomorrow imma do it one last time and im going to fast from Ash Wed. to Easter! Who thinks this is a good idea?

I've gone a couple of days. It's not smoking, why do you want to fast from it? Just do it and move on, it's stress relief.

i think its a good idea. you may wanna do it twice when you do it, the first time wont last a minute. so do it again after that so you feel extra satisfied.

A few years ago I had to provide a semen sample for analysis at the hospital, and I was told to go without for five days. After the first couple of days it got easier, but it was a real relief to finally get rid of my load (even if it did go into a specimen bottle!). I think abstinence is probably a good thing, but you'll need a lot of self-discipline to make it through to Easter.
