Ok, I do a rigorous work out for Boxing training and I'm only 13 years old. I am county champion so I can give you some tips.

When training, wear 5 or 6 layers to sweat bad.

Skipping Rope is needed.

Do 200 skips followed by 3 minutes of pressups, 200 more followed by 3 minutes of situps and 200 skips.

Every night, do 200 situps on your bed.

I got a hard belly in two weeks.

i heard from this other guy on here, that you do as many crunches or something to work you abs, as long as you can before you hit the "burning point" and then you switch to another excercise, and then just repeat like 3 times or something.
hello there, I guess that the best way to do that is to loose overall fat! You would have to lower you body fat in general, since, (if i understood correctly) you cannot loose weight in one specific area. You can develop specific muscle groups, but not concentrate fat loss there. I would suggest a lot of cardio, and of course, developping your muscles, since more muscle mass means you burn more calories. Good luck!
First off buy a threadmil, and run about for 2 miles every day and make sure you wear sweat shirts and sweat pants, you need to sweat inorder to loose weight dont forget that.

Do about 50-100 sit-ups a day.

Keep doing it until you feel your abs burning then rest for a minute or so and conintue until you finish 100.

This is the method i use and its working. Sure i dont have a obivous 6-pack but its getting there.
