i would say that you need to work out, mostly crunches and then if your talking penis then you should enhance it off a website or something but i dont think running will help too much, i suggest getting a membership to the ymca or something!
Join the zym and workout regularly.If u wanna these kinds of abs focus on ur abs and do lots of running and for more ask ur trainer.
if you want to do this with out a membership to a gym just take lots of protien. like a protien shake from gnc or some type of protien supplement. also fo the abs get a medicine ball and do lots of crunches try to do at least 100 crunches per day with the medicine ball. go to you local walmart or target for some dumbells and do a lot of arm exercises and do lots of push ups and you should see some results. remember to rest the muscles and take a protien shake in the morning and when you go to bed
When I read your post, it sounds like you don't like your body, but you do like his, almost like an envy, maybe rooted in some insecurity?

The guy on the photo does a lot of shoulder, arms, lats, rhomboids, and delts. And obviously, weighted abs.

Yes, genetics have alot to do with it. Try to get a read on this guys basic frame, in other words, tone him down a bit, and if your bodsy type, matches, there may be a chance. Are there any guys in your family who look similar to him? then it is a possibility.

I know where you are coming from. I'd like to look like a swimsuit speedo model, but I never will. So, I will be the best cut chunky guy in the gym.

Accept yourself, and work on looking your personal best.
