What should i do to get this body
http://beautiful.blogs.com/beautiful/ima... i found this website and i like the body because he is not to skinny or not to muscular either but its ok. i know it all depend on your genes however i think i have very good genes and it can help me out but i really dont know what to do to get this similar body i was wondering if running could help me get this body or it wouldnt be the same. what do you think will happen if i just run do you think its going to be similar?
Answer:if you ONLY run, you'll only get skinnier and toned
you should run for 10 minutes 2-3 times a week
and lift other 2-3 days a week (resting is where muscle grows)
So, if you want the body, try my daily exercise :
Monday - Biceps/Triceps/Shoulders
Tuesday - run for 10 minutes
Wednesday - Chest/Abs/Lower Body/Abs
Thursday - run for 10 minutes
Friday - Biceps/Triceps/Shoulder/Abs
Saturday - run + Chest/Lower Body
Sunday - rest

I'm not sure how u found it, but u can do weight tonning
This guy has obviously worked his abs. Running will cause you to lose weight, but it will not tone your abs or give you a 6-pak like he has.
