I m 15 n I m 'bout 5ft.6".I use to be 1 amoung the tallest b4 but not I am becoming a something that of average, I wanna grow taller. SOMEBODY PLZ HELP ME

-Phosphorous rich food.
-Zink rich food.
-Swimming.
-Surya Namaskar
-Exercise on parallel bar
-Cycling with elevated seat so that u dont touch ground when u stop the bike.
-Exercising neck.

i think you're tall for ur age, and there's nothing you can do to increase your height, only maximizing your potential height, which is to eat, sleep and exercise well. Personally, I jog about 5 times a week, and I'm a 5'11'' 14 year old boy. I eat anything i see on the dining table and i eat more than my parents, although im not fat and weigh abot 65-70 kg.
Fortunately, you are young enough to where your bones have probably not knit yet. The average Male's bones don't stop growing until the ages of 18 - 20. There are Medically tortuous (meaning it's no picnic) ways of making you taller (though extremely expensive). One way is they break the femur and spread the bone apart enough that new, more brittle bone fragments form around the break and fix the break, then there are bone extenders, same bone, but they saw the bone, insert a small bone shaped piece of steel or titanium to a certain span and screw them into the bone itself. Both ways are painful and to some degree debilitate you for a time. I would say take your chances of being an average hight... not everyone can dunk a basketball.
