Join a gym and start getting plenty of cardio exercise (running, cycling etc) on a regular basis

Take up a martial art like Tae-Kwon-Do or Kung-Fu

Drink at least 10 - 15 glasses of water every day and try and get at least 8-10 hours of sleep on a daily basis (water and sleep are good for growth)

By a foot roller (u know the accupreassure device) because that will ensure that your body continues to produce growth hormone. U must use it for at least half hour every day. I usually use mine before going to sleep.

Eat foods that are rich in protein because one can only have healthy functioning testosterone (required for growth hormone) if one has sufficient protein intake. This means u need to consume the following: Eggs, Chicken, Pork, Fish, Milk, Lentils, Soya, Quorn, Dry fruit etc.

Try and do a bit of yoga and other stretching exercises.

But harmones work for the body growth.

and doing yoga initiates the secretion of such hormones.


as probably if u go to doctor they will tell u to take ur bone age test if ur bone crosses the age of 23-25 then it is said ur height won`t grow i`m saying about bone not ur age after ur birth. u can

do a yoga for 15 mins for which ur heigth & body will become better but before that u should stop all sexual activities don`t touch ur pennis uselessly .

1)sit straight on mat take a deep breadth touch ur hand to feet & bend ur neck to tuch ur legs it would be very dangerous if u mistaken it will be ur last fault .soo please be careful.

2)do surya namaskar it eill help u

3) buy some book containig yoga excercises it will be helpful a lot


simplest way is to do pull ups. try it out and you will see.
