I am 18 years old!!
Answer:Nothing. At 18, you are done with growing
basketball...basically exercises that require u to stretch
if you are trying to be taller, forget it. There is no exercise or anything that can make you taller. your only option, platform disco boots.
but i have heard of people hitting a growth spurt between 18 and 20. so there may be hope.
Stretching helps some, but since your 18... try getting a lot of calcium im only 15, but i've always drank a lot of milk and I'm 6'0 and still growing!
At 18 you can grow until you are 20ish all the way up to 22. There is no great exercises that will make you grow. Stretching will help your spine and joints loosen a little but it will be a minimal gain. Eat right and work out. I am only 5'5" but look taller because I have a good V shape to my body!!
normally the bones stop growing after 18-20 years of age and after that it gains mass. but u can try this exercise which may or may not be fruit full.
Do pull - ups and hang loose from a parallel bar with our straining much!
running and swimming with Tadasana,three type morning and evening do continiously,it will help you to increase your height.At the age of 18 chances of increasing height is there.Don't worry.
