at random times suddenly I start to feel a bit dizzy and unable to concentrate on anything ..I donno if either this problem is from the brain or the stomach or....Please tell me what doctor shall I go to ? ( sometimes I feel dizzy and unable to concentrate on anything ) ...Coffee is also of no use...

Go to your primary care doctor, they might want to do blood work to check for anemia or other nutritional deficiencies. If you need to see a specialist, they can refer you to one.

Sometimes fluid buildup in the ears causes a dizzy feeling. I would go to pharmacy & purchase either Guaifenesin or Mucinex (same med, but one is liquid & one is pill). Take according to directions for 10 consequtive days.
