What is this called
I have these small white dots under the head of my penis. I remember reading about it a long time ago and that it's not that uncommon (something about exposed glands, I think), but that's all I remember. Do you know what this is called? Also wondering if there is any way to get rid of these?
Answer:Sorry do you mean on the skin other than on the glans eg on your foreskin visible when your retract it ...? If so I think you probably mean the small cysts often associated with hair follicles. They are fine and nothing to worry about.
If the dots are on your glans .... sorry no idea.

These dots are called pearly penile papules (PPP). You can search the relevant images on google and see if that fits (may require turning off SafeSearch Filtering).
These papules are considered variance of normal, i.e. it is not a disease.
